How do I create a TiketCaribbean account?
Tap Sign Up in the app or on the website and choose email and password, Google, or Apple. With email you receive a verification code to confirm the address. You must be at least 16 to create an account. One account works on both the app and the website.

Which sign-up methods are available?
| Method | How it works | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Email and password | Enter your email, choose a password that meets the on-screen checklist, then enter the verification code emailed to you. | You can reset the password any time with Forgot password. |
| Continue with Google | Sign in with your Google account. No separate password is created. | Keep using Google to sign in. Adding an email password to a Google-created account is not supported. |
| Continue with Apple | Sign in with your Apple ID. You can hide your email; Apple gives us a private relay address. | Emails from TiketCaribbean are delivered to the relay address, which forwards to your real inbox. |
What happens after I sign up?
- 1
Verify your email
Email sign-ups receive a six-digit code. Enter it to continue. Codes expire, so request a new one if you were slow to check your inbox.
- 2
Complete the required profile steps
Date of birth and location are required. Other steps (interests, music, islands, socials) are optional and improve recommendations. See Setting up your profile.
- 3
Start exploring
You land on Home with events and community content shaped by the choices you made.
Why do you ask for my date of birth and location?
Date of birth confirms you are old enough to use TiketCaribbean and lets us apply age rules on certain content. Location makes the event catalogue relevant to where you are, and helps organisers understand where their audience is. The Why we ask page explains each question in detail.
