    Troubleshooting

    I can't edit my event

In the app, a free event's date, time and pricing lock after creation; edit everything else there, or use the web dashboard to reschedule (which notifies ticket holders). External listings are fully editable in both places. If Edit is missing, you may be signed into a different account, or the event may be cancelled or completed.

    Edit is missing entirely

    • Wrong account: only the organiser who created the event can edit it. Check the profile you are signed in with.
    • Not an organiser on this device: if you signed up as an attendee on a second device, complete organiser onboarding or sign in with your organiser account.
    • Event is in review: external listings in review can still be edited from My events; editing puts them back into review.
    • Web dashboard says onboarding incomplete: finish the remaining onboarding step; the dashboard nudges you to it.

I changed something but attendees still see the old version

External listing edits go live immediately but can take a minute to reach cached lists; pull to refresh. Free event edits update the event page at once and, for name, date or venue changes, a notification is sent to ticket holders.
