Community guidelines in practice
The full Community Guidelines are at tiketcaribbean.com/community-guidelines. In practice: be respectful, post only what you have the right to share, keep events honest, and no harassment, hate or explicit content. Anyone can report a post or block an account. The team can remove content and place posting restrictions on accounts that repeatedly break the rules.

The short version
- Respect people. No harassment, hate speech, threats or targeting of individuals.
- Share what is yours. Post photos, videos and writing you created or have permission to use, and credit others.
- Keep events honest. Word of Mouth events and listings must be real, accurately described and Caribbean-relevant.
- Keep it safe. No explicit or graphic content. Photos are screened automatically before publishing.
- Stay on topic. Wah Happening Corner is for Caribbean culture, events and community, not spam or unrelated promotion.
Read the full Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service. By posting you agree to both.
How do I report or block?
- 1
Report a post
Tap the report icon on the post, choose a reason and submit. Reports go to the moderation team.
- 2
Block an account
From the report menu choose Block account. You stop seeing their posts. Manage blocks under Settings → Blocked accounts.
- 3
Report an organiser or event
Use the report option on the organiser profile, or email support@tiketcaribbean.com with the event name.
What happens when the rules are broken?
The team can remove a post and records the reason, which the author can see. Repeated or serious breaches lead to a posting restriction: the create button explains that posting is blocked, and existing posts may be hidden. Restrictions apply to Community Voice posting only; browsing events and getting tickets are unaffected. If you believe a decision was wrong, reply to the notification or email support with the post title.
