I can't log in
First check which method you signed up with: an account created with Google or Apple must keep signing in that way, and an email password will not work for it. For email accounts use Forgot password. If you never verified your email, request a new code. A "session expired" message just means you need to sign in again.

Which method did you sign up with?
| You signed up with… | Sign in with… | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Email and password | The same email and password | Tap Forgot password, open the reset email and choose a new password that meets the checklist. |
| Continue with Google | An email password will not exist for this account. Use Google. If Google says the account was not found, you may have signed up with a different Google address. | |
| Apple | Continue with Apple | If you used Hide My Email, your account's address is Apple's relay address, not your real one. Use Apple to sign in. |

- "Too many attempts": sign-in is rate-limited to protect accounts. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Still locked out
