My event information is wrong
If it is your event, edit it from My events (app) or My Events (web); changes to a published free event notify ticket holders. If it is someone else's event, report it: use the report option on the event or email support with the event name and what is wrong. Word of Mouth events are corrected by the team.

It is my event
- 1Open My events and tap the event, then Edit.
- 2Fix the field. For free events in the app, date, time and pricing are locked; use the web dashboard for those.
- 3Save. External listing edits are live at once; free event changes to name, date or venue send a notification to ticket holders.
- 4If the pin is in the wrong place, improve the address rather than adding directions to it. See Event locations.
It is someone else's event
- Word of Mouth event: these are shared by community members and corrected by the team. Email support@tiketcaribbean.com with the event name and the correct details.
- External listing: the organiser controls it. Report the listing from the event page, or contact the organiser via their profile links. The team removes listings that are misleading.
- Free event on TiketCaribbean: report it from the event page if it looks wrong or fraudulent; the organiser is the only one who can edit it.
Good to know
Prices on external listings are a guide entered by the organiser. The seller's checkout is always authoritative.
