    How do I save an event?

    Tap the heart on an event card or event page. The event is added to My Favourites on your Profile tab (or the Favourites page on the website). Saving is private, free and reversible; tap the heart again to remove it.

    Where do I find saved events?

    • App: Profile tab → My Favourites. The count on your profile updates as you save and unsave.
    • Website: Favourites in your account menu.

    Will I hear about changes to a saved event?

    Favourite alerts is a notification category in Settings → Notifications. With it on, you are told when a saved event changes its date, venue or status. Event reminders and event-change notifications for events you hold a ticket to are separate categories and on by default.

    Saving is not the same as getting a ticket

    A saved event does not hold a place for you. For a free event on TiketCaribbean, tap Get free ticket to secure entry. For external listings, follow the ticket link to the seller.
