Can I list an event on TiketCaribbean?

Yes. Every organiser can list an event that is sold somewhere else (an external listing that links to your ticket page). Organisers granted early access can also create a free event on TiketCaribbean with ticket types and QR check-in. Paid events cannot be created during the beta. Start from Create event in the app or Create Event in the web dashboard.

Which kind of event can I create?

    • Event sold somewhere else (external listing): a listing that links to Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, your own site or any other ticket page

Checked by the team before it appears publicly, usually in under a day.

      Available now
    • Free event on TiketCaribbean: free ticket types, QR tickets for attendees, check-in with the scanner

Offered to organisers the team has granted early access. If you do not see this option, only external listing is available to you for now. Ask us about early access.

      Early access only
    • Paid event on TiketCaribbean: card checkout, payouts

The web wizard shows this option marked Coming soon. It cannot be selected.

      Coming soon

How do I list an event sold elsewhere?

    1. 1

Tap Create event → Event sold somewhere else

In the app: Home quick action or Profile → Organiser tools. On the web: dashboard → Create Event → Promote External Event.

    2. 2

      Event details

Title, description, category, start (and optional end) date and time, venue or location, country, price range with currency, and the event's Caribbean connection.

    3. 3

      Photo & extras

A clear 16:9 cover photo (pick from your device or the image library, and crop in-app). Optional parking, age restriction, audience, dress code and accessibility notes. Listing settings: private (link only), allow comments, show interest count.

    4. 4

      Where tickets are sold

Choose the ticketing platform (or name your own), paste the ticket link, and optionally a second link.

    5. 5

      Review & publish

Confirm you are authorised to promote the event and that the details are accurate, then publish. The listing enters review with status In review, then Live or Rejected with a reason.

How do I create a free event (early access)?

    1. 1

Tap Create event → Free event on TiketCaribbean

Only shown to organisers with early access.

    2. 2

      Event details

Title (3–200 characters), description (at least 20 characters), category, date and time, and location. On the web you can use AI autofill: describe the event or paste a flyer and edit the draft it produces.

    3. 3

      Media & settings

Cover image (JPG or PNG, 16:9 recommended, cropped in-app) and the event's cover shape for cards. Add lineup, FAQs and a refund note if you like.

    4. 4

      Ticket types

At least one free ticket type with a name (for example "General Admission") and total quantity. Optionally set a per-order limit and enable the waitlist for when it sells out.

    5. 5

      Ticket design and team

Optionally customise the ticket face with your own image, and add Scan Team members who can check people in.

    6. 6

Review, then Publish or Save draft

Publishing makes the event live immediately. Drafts auto-save between steps so you can come back later.

Free events: some fields lock after publishing

In the app, a free event's date, time and pricing cannot change after it is created; edit the description, media and details instead. Use the web dashboard to reschedule if you must, which notifies ticket holders.

    Drafts and resuming

Both wizards save your progress. Leave with Save and finish later and the app offers to continue where you left off next time (Continue your unfinished listing on My events). Web drafts appear under My Events as Draft.
