    Troubleshooting

    I can't find an event

Most missing events are hidden by an active filter, have already ended, or are free events on TiketCaribbean that you are looking for on the website (where they are app-only during the beta). Clear filters, check the date range and country, search by name, and if it is still missing it may not be listed yet; you can submit it as a Word of Mouth event.

    Work through these in order

    1. 1

      Clear your filters

In the Events tab tap Clear filters. A saved category, date, price or country filter is the most common cause. Search also narrows the list; clear the search box.

    2. 2

      Check the date

Only upcoming events are shown. If the event has ended it will not appear in browsing, though it stays in My Tickets or My Favourites if you had it there.

    3. 3

      Check the country

Events are filed under the country the organiser chose. A diaspora event in London sits under United Kingdom, not the island it celebrates.

    4. 4

      Are you on the website?

During the beta, free events hosted on TiketCaribbean are viewable in the mobile app. Browse Events on the website shows external listings and Word of Mouth events.

    5. 5

      Pull to refresh

In the app, pull down on the Events tab. New listings appear once approved; external listings are reviewed before going live.

    6. 6

      It may not be listed

Not every Caribbean event is on TiketCaribbean yet. Share it as a Word of Mouth event from Wah Happening Corner, or tell the organiser about listing it themselves.
