    Organisers

    Creating an organiser account, listing and managing events, your public profile, and exactly which dashboard tools are available in the beta.

      How do I create an organiser account?

      Any TiketCaribbean member can become an organiser. In the app go to Profile → Become an organiser (or on the website open Become an Organiser). You complete three steps: business information, phone verification by SMS or voice call, and your business profile with a logo and contact details. Once done you can list events, and your public organiser profile goes live.

      Can I list an event on TiketCaribbean?

      Yes. Every organiser can list an event that is sold somewhere else (an external listing that links to your ticket page). Organisers granted early access can also create a free event on TiketCaribbean with ticket types and QR check-in. Paid events cannot be created during the beta. Start from Create event in the app or Create Event in the web dashboard.

      Managing your events

      In the app, Profile → My events lists your External listings and your Events on TiketCaribbean with their status. Tap an event to view or edit it. The web dashboard's My Events adds drafts, cancelling, attendee lists and analytics. Changing a published event's name, date or venue notifies ticket holders; cancelling keeps the page visible with an Event Cancelled label.

      Publishing an event: what happens and who is told

      Publishing a free event makes it live immediately: it appears in the Events tab and on your profile, followers who opted in are notified, and the venue is placed on the map. Submitting an external listing puts it into review first; it appears once the team approves it, usually within a day. Share the event page or a branded story card straight after.

      Event locations and venues

      You type the venue name or address and choose the country. TiketCaribbean geocodes the address in the background using OpenStreetMap data and places a pin on the map; the country and island you choose drive the Country filter and recommendations. If a venue cannot be found, add a street or landmark, or use the nearest known address, and attendees can still read your text.

      Tickets and external ticketing for organisers

      In the beta, TiketCaribbean issues free tickets for free events (early access organisers) and links out to your ticket page for events sold elsewhere. Free tickets carry a signed QR code that you scan with the app or web scanner, with offline mode and a Scan Team of helpers. Paid ticketing, checkout and payouts are coming soon and are not active.

      Your public organiser profile

      Every organiser has a public profile on the app and at tiketcaribbean.com/organiser/profile/your-slug. It shows your logo, cover, description, badges, website and social links, follower count and upcoming events, with Follow and Share buttons for attendees. Edit it from Profile → Edit business profile in the app or Settings in the web dashboard.

      What can organisers do right now?

      Right now organisers can: set up a verified profile that attendees can follow; list events sold elsewhere; create free events with QR tickets if granted early access; check people in with the scanner (offline mode, manual check-in, Scan Team); send announcements to followers; and use the web dashboard for analytics, attendee lists and exports, AI tools and the chat assistant. Paid ticketing and several dashboard tools are coming soon.

      What's coming soon for organisers?

      Not yet available: paid events and checkout, payouts, refunds on paid orders, marketing emails and newsletters, promo codes and vouchers, memberships, team member invites, reviews, import and backup, plans and pricing, and four of the AI tools. Where a dashboard page exists for one of these it is labelled Coming soon. Below is what each will do and how to cover the gap today.
