Caribbean events in London
London has one of the biggest Caribbean communities outside the islands, and something is on most weekends: soca fetes, bashment and dancehall nights, day parties and brunches, talks, film and culture nights.
Caribbean events in Manchester
Manchester's Caribbean community has carried a carnival through Moss Side and Alexandra Park for decades, and the city's soca, bashment and community events run all year.
Caribbean events in Leeds
Leeds West Indian Carnival is one of the oldest Caribbean carnivals in Europe, started in the 1960s, and Chapeltown is still its home every August bank holiday.

South Florida is home to people from every corner of the Caribbean, and Miami Carnival in October brings them together with costume bands, J'ouvert and a week of fetes.
The Caribbean
Events in Trinidad
Trinidad Carnival is the one every other carnival takes after, and the fete season before it runs for weeks: all-inclusives, cooler fetes, breakfast parties, soca and calypso shows, J'ouvert and two days on the road.
Events in Tobago
Tobago Carnival is the sister isle's own carnival, smaller than Trinidad's and all the better for it, with beach fetes, breakfast parties, boat rides and day clubs from Crown Point to Scarborough.
Events in Barbados
Crop Over is Barbados' summer festival, marking the end of the sugar cane harvest and building through weeks of fetes and calypso tents to Grand Kadooment Day.
