    Organiser Badges

    Badges on TiketCaribbean are awarded by the platform based on verified actions and milestones. Organisers cannot self-assign badges. They are a trust signal for attendees.

    Verification Levels

    Three rising levels of trust, all shown with the same verified check. An organiser only ever displays the highest level they've reached — you can't reach level 2 or 3 without level 1.

    Level 1 · Verified Organiser

    This organiser has confirmed their email address and phone number through TiketCaribbean's verification process. Their contact details are genuine and on record. Shown as a blue check.

    Email + phone confirmed

    Level 2 · Business Verified

    A Verified Organiser who has also confirmed a business email address (not a personal provider like Gmail or Yahoo) via a one-time code, an extra signal that their events are run by a real business. Shown as a teal check with a small +.

    Level 1 + confirmed business-domain email

    Level 3 · Identity Verified

    The highest level of trust. On top of email and phone, this organiser has submitted a government-issued photo ID and proof of address, reviewed and approved by TiketCaribbean. Shown as a gold check.

    What this means for you as an attendee

    • The organiser's contact details have been independently confirmed. They are reachable if you have a question.

    • Each level builds on the one before it, so a higher badge always includes every check below it.

    • A gold Level 3 check means a government ID and proof of address were reviewed, the strongest assurance when purchasing tickets.

    • Only the highest level an organiser has earned is shown, and badges cannot be faked. They are displayed directly from TiketCaribbean's internal records.

    What a badge does not mean

    A Verified or Identity Verified badge confirms that the checks listed above were completed — it is not a guarantee or endorsement by TiketCaribbean of the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any specific Event, and it does not certify that an organiser holds the licences, permits, or insurance a given Event may require. Organisers remain solely responsible for delivering their Events and honouring their stated refund policy, as set out in our Terms of Service and Refunds & Cancellations Policy. We recommend using badges as one input among several — alongside reviews, event details, and your own judgement — when deciding whether to purchase a ticket.
