    Finding events, reading an event page, saving events, tickets and external ticket links, and what happens when an event changes.

      How do I find an event on TiketCaribbean?

      Open the Events tab in the app (or Browse Events on the website), type a name in search, or use Filters to narrow by date, price, country, category and event source, then sort by date, popularity or price. Free events hosted on TiketCaribbean, external listings and Word of Mouth events all appear in the same list, each marked with its source.

      What is on an event page?

      An event page shows the cover image, a banner telling you whether tickets are on TiketCaribbean or another site, the date and time in the event's local time, the venue with an Open in Maps link, About this event, a Good to know section (parking, age limit, dress code, accessibility), the organiser card, and a single primary button for tickets.

      How do I save an event?

      Tap the heart on an event card or event page. The event is added to My Favourites on your Profile tab (or the Favourites page on the website). Saving is private, free and reversible; tap the heart again to remove it.

      What happens when an event changes or is cancelled?

      If an organiser changes the name, date or venue of a published event, ticket holders are notified and the event page updates. If an event is cancelled, the page stays visible with an Event Cancelled label, no new tickets can be claimed, and ticket holders receive a notification. Free tickets have nothing to refund; for events sold on other sites, the seller's own refund terms apply.

      Tickets and external ticket links

      During the beta there are two ways to get into an event. Free events hosted on TiketCaribbean give you a free ticket with a QR code in My Tickets, which works offline. Events sold elsewhere show a Get tickets button that opens the seller's site in your browser. Paid tickets on TiketCaribbean itself are coming soon and cannot be bought yet.

      Understanding event information

      Event cards and pages use a small set of labels. The source badge says who is issuing tickets, Featured marks team picks, prices are shown in the organiser's chosen currency, "From" means the lowest ticket type, hosting type distinguishes in-person from virtual and hybrid events, and organiser badges tell you how far the organiser has been verified.
