    Getting started with the mobile app beta

    The TiketCaribbean mobile app launches its first public beta on Android on 14 September 2026. The iPhone app is still in Apple's review and can be tested now through TestFlight. It is a working app that is still being finished: finding events, free tickets with QR codes, favourites, following organisers, Wah Happening Corner and organiser listing tools are live, while paid ticketing and some community features are marked coming soon. You can create your account on the website now and use it in the app.

    What does "beta" mean for me?

    A beta is a real, usable release that is still being built in the open. Everything on the What's in the beta page marked Available now works with real data. A few features are partly built or run on placeholder data; those are labelled Coming soon inside the app and in the docs instead of being hidden. Expect frequent updates, and expect us to ask you what is confusing.

    Paid tickets and card checkout, Memories (shared albums), Corner Talk (forums), Clubs & Limes, Apple Wallet passes, and several organiser dashboard tools such as payouts, promo codes and team invites. The full list is on What's in the beta.

    How do I get the app?

      Create your account on the website (optional but recommended)

      Sign up with email, Google or Apple. The same account works in the app, so your profile is ready on day one.

      Install the app

      Open tiketcaribbean.com/app on your phone. On Android it takes you to Google Play, where the public beta is available from 14 September 2026. On iPhone, the App Store version is still in Apple's review: until it is approved, install Apple's TestFlight app and join the TiketCaribbean beta from the same page.

      Sign in and finish your profile

      The app asks for your date of birth and location. Everything else in profile setup is optional and can be skipped. See Setting up your profile.

      Allow notifications when asked

      You can fine-tune which categories reach you later in Settings → Notifications. See I didn't receive a notification if nothing arrives.

    What are the first things to do?

    1. 1Set your islands of interest during profile setup, so Home shows events and culture that match you.
    2. 2Browse the Events tab and use the filters to narrow by date, country and price. Tap the heart on anything you like to save it.
    3. 3Follow a few organisers from their profiles. Their upcoming events appear in the "Organisers you follow" rail on Home.
    4. 4Open Wah Happening Corner to read Community Voices posts and react to them.
    5. 5Explore Carnivals for the map, the season calendar and mas band launches.

    What is on the Home tab?

    Home groups everything by what it is for. What's on has Featured events, This weekend and Organisers you follow. Community shows the latest from Wah Happening Corner. Sounds has Caribbean Music for You and Fresh Drops via Spotify. Watch is a rail of Caribbean video from partner channels. Above them are quick actions for My Tickets, Discover, Wah Happening and Carnivals, and organisers also get a Create event shortcut.

    How do I report a problem or give feedback?

    Open your Profile tab and use Feedback, or email support@tiketcaribbean.com. Screenshots and the phone model help a lot. During the beta, "this was confusing" is as valuable to us as "this is broken".
