    Managing your events

In the app, Profile → My events lists your External listings and your Events on TiketCaribbean with their status. Tap an event to view or edit it. The web dashboard's My Events adds drafts, cancelling, attendee lists and analytics. Changing a published event's name, date or venue notifies ticket holders; cancelling keeps the page visible with an Event Cancelled label.

What can I edit, and where?

    • External listings: everything, in the app or on the web (My Events → Edit). Edits to a live listing go live immediately.
    • Free events in the app: description, media, extras and ticket names. Date, time and pricing are locked after creation.
    • Free events on the web dashboard: all fields, including rescheduling and changing the venue. Changing the name, date or location of a published event notifies every ticket holder and updates the map pin.
    • Paid events: none exist in the beta.

How do I cancel or delete?

    • Cancel a free event from the web dashboard (My Events → the event → Cancel). Attendees holding tickets receive a notification. The page remains visible with Event Cancelled and no new tickets can be claimed. Cancelling cannot be undone.
    • Delete an external listing from the app (Edit listing → Delete) or the web. It is removed from TiketCaribbean; this cannot be undone either.

    Tracking attendance and performance

For free events, the web dashboard shows registrations, check-ins and per-event analytics, with the attendee list exportable to CSV. The check-in scanner (app or web) shows live counts on the day. External listings do not have attendee data on TiketCaribbean because the sale happens elsewhere.

Some management lives on the web

The app says Manage this event on your web dashboard for anything it cannot do itself. Analytics, attendee lists, campaigns and cancelling are on tiketcaribbean.com/organiser/dashboard.
