I can't upload an image
Use a JPG or PNG, grant the app photo access, and stay on a stable connection while it uploads. Photos are screened automatically before publishing; if one is blocked you see "Photo not published" and should choose a different image. Event covers are cropped to 16:9 in-app, and organiser logos are required before creating events.

Upload fails or never finishes
- Format: use JPG or PNG. HEIC photos from iPhone are converted automatically in the app; on the web, export as JPG first.
- Connection: the app says The photo didn't upload. Check your connection and try again. Move to Wi-Fi or a stronger signal and retry; very large originals take longer.
- Permission: if the picker is empty, the app needs photo library access. Allow it in your phone settings.
- Preview slow to appear? The app notes your photo was saved even if the preview lags. Continue; it will catch up.
"Photo not published"
Every uploaded image is screened automatically for content that breaks the Community Guidelines before it is shown to anyone. A blocked photo shows Photo not published. If it was the only photo on a post, the post is hidden from others until you replace the image. Choose a different photo; if you believe the block was a mistake, email support with the post or event title.
Cover images and logos for organisers
- Event cover: a clear 16:9 image, cropped in-app. Pick your cover again if you change the cover shape. Stock images from the library are available if you have none.
- Custom ticket image: optional; cropped in-app to the ticket face.
- Organiser logo / profile photo: required during onboarding, before you can create events. Cover image is optional.
