My event isn't appearing
Check the status on My events. A free event must be Published (not Draft); an external listing must be Live (not In review or Rejected). Private listings are only visible with their link. Free events on TiketCaribbean are app-only during the beta, so they will not show on the website. Map pins can take a few minutes to appear after publishing.

Check the status first
| Status on My events | Why it is not visible | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Drafts are private. | Open it and finish the wizard, then Publish. |
| In review | External listings are checked before going live, usually within a day. | Wait for the notification. If it has been more than two business days, email support with the listing title. |
| Rejected | The team could not approve it. | Open it to read the reason, fix the details or link, and publish again. |
| Cancelled / Completed | Cancelled and ended events leave browsing. | Create a new event if it is happening again. |
| Published / Live | It should be visible. Continue below. |
It is Published or Live but still missing
- Looking on the website for a free event? Free events hosted on TiketCaribbean are app-only during the beta. Website links to them redirect to Browse Events. External listings appear on both.
- Private listing? External listings with Private listing on are only reachable by link. Turn it off in Edit listing to appear in browsing.
- Filters: attendees filter by country and date. Check the country you chose and that the start date is in the future.
- Map pin missing: the address is geocoded in the background after publishing. Give it a few minutes; if it never appears, improve the address. See I can't find my venue.
- Just published? Pull to refresh in the app. Lists are cached briefly.
