My ticket link isn't working
External ticket links are entered by the organiser and open another site in your browser. If the link is broken or wrong, try the listing's second link if there is one, check the organiser's profile for their website, then report the listing so the team can fix or remove it. TiketCaribbean cannot sell you the ticket on the organiser's behalf.
Updated 5 September 2026Applies to the mobile app, the website
Try these first
- 1Tap Get tickets again; some sites block the first in-app request and work in a full browser. Use the share menu to open in Safari or Chrome.
- 2Look for a second ticket link under the main button; organisers can list two.
- 3Open the organiser profile from the event page and try their website or socials.
- 4Check the event date: if the event has passed or is cancelled, the seller may have taken the page down.
Report it
Use the report option on the event page, or email support@tiketcaribbean.com with the event name and what happens when you tap the link. The team contacts the organiser and fixes or removes the listing.
Free tickets on TiketCaribbean are different
Free events hosted on TiketCaribbean do not use an external link; you tap Get free ticket and the ticket appears in My Tickets. If that button does nothing, check you are signed in and on the latest app version, then see Something isn't working.
