    Troubleshooting

    I didn't receive a notification

Check three things: the phone allows notifications for TiketCaribbean; the category (for example Organiser announcements or Favourite alerts) has push switched on in Settings → Notifications; and the message was not held by quiet hours. Every notification also lands in the in-app inbox, and most are emailed too, so check the inbox and your spam folder.

    Check in this order

    1. 1

      Open the in-app inbox

Profile → the bell icon (or Notifications). If the message is there, delivery to the app worked and the issue is push or email.

    2. 2

      Check phone permission

If you declined the permission prompt, push cannot be delivered. The app's Settings → Notifications screen offers Open settings to fix it in iOS or Android settings.

    3. 3

      Check the category

Settings → Notifications shows a grid of categories with push, email and in-app toggles. Make sure the category you expected (for example Organiser announcements, Event changes, Favourite alerts, Waitlist) has the channel on.

    4. 4

      Check quiet hours

Pushes are not sent during your quiet hours. Nothing is lost; the message is still in the inbox.

    5. 5

      Check email

Look in spam or promotions for mail from tiketcaribbean.com. Apple relay addresses forward to your real inbox but can be delayed.

    Which notifications exist?

    • Organiser announcements from organisers you follow, favourite alerts for saved events, social activity, rewards and badges.
