    Saving events and following organisers

    Tap the heart on any event card or event page to save it to My Favourites (heart means save, not like). Tap Follow on an organiser profile to add them to Organisers you follow; their new events appear on Home and you can receive their announcements.

    What does the heart do?

    The heart saves the event to My Favourites, found on your Profile tab. It is a private bookmark: organisers do not see who saved their event, and it does not count as interest or attendance. Tap the heart again to remove it. On the website the same list lives at Favourites.

    What does following an organiser do?

    • Their upcoming events appear in the Organisers you follow rail on Home.
    • You can receive a notification when they publish a new event or send an announcement, controlled in Settings → Notifications under Organiser announcements.
    • Your followed organisers are listed under Profile → Organisers you follow, where you can unfollow at any time.

    Tip

    When you get a free ticket, the checkout offers to follow the organiser in one tap (it is on by default). Untick it if you would rather not.
