    Your public organiser profile

    Every organiser has a public profile on the app and at tiketcaribbean.com/organiser/profile/your-slug. It shows your logo, cover, description, badges, website and social links, follower count and upcoming events, with Follow and Share buttons for attendees. Edit it from Profile → Edit business profile in the app or Settings in the web dashboard.

    What is on the profile?

    • Identity: logo or profile photo, cover image, business name and description.
    • Badges: Verified (phone), Business Verified (email), Founding Organiser, the levelled organiser badge and any earned badges. See Organiser badges.
    • Links: website and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more) when you add them.
    • Events: your upcoming events on TiketCaribbean and live external listings.
    • Follow and Share: attendees follow you to see your events on Home and receive announcements; Share copies your profile link or opens the share sheet.

    How do I edit it?

    • App: Profile → Organiser tools → Edit business profile. View public profile shows exactly what attendees see.
    • Web: dashboard → Settings → business profile and verification.
    • Contact email can be shown or hidden with the show on profile toggle.

    Followers and announcements

    The web dashboard's Followers page shows growth over time, and Campaigns → Notifications lets you send a rich-text announcement to followers and attendees who have opted in. Only reachable contacts count, so audiences can be smaller than your raw follower number.
