    Organisers

How do I create an organiser account?

Any TiketCaribbean member can become an organiser. In the app go to Profile → Become an organiser (or on the website open Become an Organiser). You complete three steps: business information, phone verification by SMS or voice call, and your business profile with a logo and contact details. Once done you can list events, and your public organiser profile goes live.

    The three onboarding steps

    1. 1

      Business information

Business or promoter name, type (Individual, Company, Organisation, or Government / Public Body), category, country and a short description. This is what attendees see as the organiser.

    2. 2

      Verify your phone number

Required. Choose SMS or a voice call and enter the six-digit code. WhatsApp verification is coming soon. Verification is what earns the Verified organiser badge.

    3. 3

      Complete your business profile

A profile photo or logo (required), an optional cover image, a contact email you can choose to show publicly, social links and a longer description. You can edit all of this later.

    Tip

Started on the website and want to finish in the app, or the other way round? Progress is saved to your account, so the wizard resumes at the step you reached.

Do I need a registered company?

No. Choose Individual if you promote events as a person. Companies and organisations can add a business email; verifying it (personal providers such as Gmail are not accepted for this step) strengthens your trust profile and unlocks the Business Verified badge. See Organiser badges.

    What is a Founding Organiser?

Organisers who join during early access and the beta are part of the founding cohort. They keep a Founding Organiser badge on their profile, priority placement when we feature organisers, and a direct line to the team on what gets built next. There is no fee and no commitment.
