    Common event challenges

The parts that usually take up the most time.

    • Registration that puts people off

Developers, founders and investors give up on long forms. Signing up should take a minute, with an account they already have.

    • Rooms that should not be public

Investor dinners, founder roundtables and partner sessions that need a link to share, not a public listing.

    • Free RSVPs that never show

Free sign-ups that fill the list but not the room, and no way to know how many actually came.

    • One series, several cities

The same event running in London, Manchester and New York, each priced and paid out in its own currency.

    • Hosts and sponsors

The company lending the space and the sponsors paying for the drinks, all expecting to be seen on the event page.

    • Receipts for expenses

Attendees paying on a company card who need a receipt to claim the ticket back.

    How TiketCaribbean helps

One path, from the first sign-up through to the numbers afterwards.

    1. Publish

      Public, or private and link-only.

    2. Register

Email, Google or Apple, then free or paid.

    3. Confirmed

An email, and the pass in their account.

    4. Check in

    What you get

Built and working right now. We're early and adding to this every week, so expect this list to grow.

    • Free or paid registration

Free events cost nothing, for you or your guests. On paid tickets you keep 100% of the ticket price on the Starter plan; attendees see the booking fee before they pay. Paid ticketing opens for your business after a short review.

    • Sign in with Google or Apple

Attendees register with an email address, Google or Apple, and card payments are processed by Stripe.

    • Passes, receipts and calendar links

Paid tickets are emailed as a PDF with a calendar file and Google and Outlook calendar links, and each paid order has a receipt. Free registrations get a confirmation email. Every pass is kept in the attendee's account and the app.

    • Private, link-only events

Keep an event off the listings and out of search engines. Only people with the link can find it and register.

    • Priced in the local currency

Price each city's event in its own currency, such as GBP in Manchester and USD in New York. Payouts go through Stripe to UK, US, EU and Canadian bank accounts.

    • Up to 10 ticket types

Early bird, standard, student, speaker or investor. Each with its own price, description and allocation.

    • Co-hosts and a check-in team

Give a co-organiser or the host company access to run the event with you, and put several devices on the door with one live list.

    • Host and sponsor listings

Add the host and sponsors with their logo, tier and website, shown on your public event page.

    • Waitlist when it fills up

When the room is full, people join a waitlist and are offered places that free up.

    • Attendance and exports

Registrations, check-in rate and a scan timeline, plus a searchable attendee list you can export to CSV.
