Manchester Carnival Together CIC leads this long-standing celebration, bringing together groups like Manchester Power House, Youth 84, Kyso, Team Shellinz and community radio station Legacy 90.1. It is a carnival shaped by community voices and powered by local organisations who have been building culture in the city for years.
