Saba Carnival
Windwardside, Saba
Locally called Carnival, Saba's Summer Festival turns Windwardside's main street into a week of Jouvert mornings, mas bands and soca fetes, timed for when Sabans living abroad return home. Carnival Monday, the last Monday of July, is an official island holiday.
